Venue

The Conference Venue is METROPOL Grand Hotel Gelendzhik.
Lectures / Presentations / Sessions / Exhibition / Lunches will be held in the main building of the hotel.

There are more than 2 000 hotels in Gelendzhik. You can find a range of accommodation located at the seaside and in the city centre and options for every budget and preference, from five stars to budget hotels.

The Local Organizing Committee has chosen the most suitable hotels from this diversity with which contracts will be concluded:

All registered participants may book accommodation in one of the hotels, which we recommend. Participants will be offered a discount for accommodation in these hotels during the conference.

The cost of accommodation in the recommended hotels with discount is shown below. The indicated price is approximate, depending on the variation of the exchange rate at the time.

Payment for hotel accommodation will be available on the hotel’s web-site. For it, you can use a credit card.

If you wish to book a hotel, you should write to the Local Organizing Committee. We will send you promo cod for reservation.
